Two years ago we celebrated the 20-year anniversary of the Pier Park Disc Golf course with a fundraising tournament. The funds we raised then paid for new tee pad benches and other improvements to the course and the park’s natural environment. We’re hosting another fundraising event again this year in 2025.
We are pleased to announce the 2nd Frisbee Friends of Pier Park disc golf tournament, co-sponsored by IQ Credit Union. The tournament is on Sunday, August 17th. It will be a one-day tournament with players playing 2 rounds of 18 holes each. Just for the tournament, we will be modifying the regular 18-hole summer course layout with changes between the 1st and 2nd round.
Registration Open
Registration is open now with divisions for men, women, mixed, pro, and amateur. Register online at Disc Golf Scene.
This tournament is a fundraiser to help Friends of Pier Park, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, continue its programming in support of the park and the Saint Johns community that surrounds it. Read about our programming on our website blog to learn the details of what we do and why we are raising funds to keep the programs in place going forward.
