The meeting will be held on Zoom: Join Zoom Meeting Meeting ID: 871 2744 8952 Passcode: doreme-la As for the music event, there will be a small stage set up near the playground and splash pad so that listeners can sit on the grass lawn that forms a natural amphitheater to hear the musicians. We plan to have two acts. An opening act, from the St Johns neighborhood (TBD), will do the first hour and the main act, which has already been hired, will do the second two hours. The entertainment will be free and open to the public. FoPP will have an information table and will be collecting donations to support our programs. We would like to have food and non-alcohol beverages available for sale. We have applied for the permit from Portland Parks and Rec but still have many things to accomplish to make this event happen and could use extra hands to help.
